Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you must not do when using V3RS Hub, anywhere in the world. It is part of our Terms of Service. Breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, with no refund.

1. General Conduct

You must not use the Service to:

• Break any law or regulation in your jurisdiction or any jurisdiction the content reaches.
• Infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorised to access.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from the Service.
• Resell, sublicense, or operate a competing service using V3RS Hub.
• Bypass rate limits, plan limits, or other technical restrictions.

2. AI & Content Restrictions

You must not use AI features to generate, request, or distribute content that:

• Is sexual content involving minors, or any child sexual abuse material.
• Is non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content depicting real people without consent.
• Promotes terrorism, violent extremism, mass violence, self-harm, or suicide.
• Harasses, threatens, defames, or incites hatred against any individual or group based on protected characteristics.
• Impersonates a real person or brand in a deceptive way (including misleading deepfakes).
• Promotes illegal goods, weapons, illicit drugs, or fraud.
• Provides medical, legal, financial, or safety advice presented as professional or authoritative.
• Is designed to deceive, scam, manipulate elections, or spread disinformation.
• Uses third-party trademarks, logos, or copyrighted material without rights to do so.

3. Inputs You Provide

You confirm you have all necessary rights, licences, and consents for any text, images, brand assets, or other materials you upload to the Service. You must not upload personal data of others without a lawful basis to do so.

4. Security & Abuse

You must not interfere with the Service, attempt denial-of-service attacks, probe for vulnerabilities without authorisation, or use the Service to send unsolicited bulk communications.

5. Reporting

If you see content or behaviour that breaches this AUP, report it to abuse@v3rshub.com.

6. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and take action including warning, throttling, suspending, or terminating your account, removing content, and reporting illegal activity to authorities. Where we suspend or terminate for breach, no refund is due.
