AI Content & Usage Policy

V3RS Hub uses generative AI to power features such as content calendars, daily ideas, captions, hooks, brand strategy, and image generation. This policy applies to all users worldwide and explains how those features work, their limits, and your responsibilities. AI-generated content is provided "as is" and "as available", with no warranty of accuracy, originality, or suitability for any purpose.

1. How AI Is Used

When you use an AI feature, your prompts and brand inputs are processed through one or more third-party AI model providers selected by us. Outputs are generated probabilistically based on patterns in training data. We do not control how each model produces a specific output and cannot guarantee any particular result.

2. Accuracy Disclaimer

AI outputs are provided "as is" and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, offensive, or unsuitable for your purpose. AI may "hallucinate" facts, statistics, names, citations, or product details that are not real. Outputs are provided for informational and creative inspiration only and must not be relied on as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, regulatory, safety, or otherwise). We make no guarantee of accuracy, originality, suitability, or non-infringement.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely and fully responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and deciding whether to publish or otherwise use any AI output. You must:

• Verify factual claims, statistics, names, and quotes before publishing.
• Ensure outputs comply with applicable laws, advertising standards, and platform policies.
• Disclose AI involvement where required by law or platform rules (e.g. paid promotions, political content).
• Not present AI-generated medical, legal, or financial content as professional advice.
• Not use AI outputs for any illegal, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, infringing, or otherwise harmful purpose.

4. Ownership of AI Outputs

Subject to your compliance with our Terms and Acceptable Use Policy, you may use AI outputs you generate for personal and commercial purposes. However:

• We do not transfer ownership of AI outputs to you, because AI-generated material may not be eligible for copyright in some jurisdictions (including the UK and US for purely machine-generated works).
• We make no warranty that AI outputs are original, non-infringing, or unique to you. Identical or similar outputs may be generated for other users.
• You are responsible for clearing any third-party rights (e.g. trademarks, recognisable people, copyrighted imagery) referenced in your prompts or appearing in outputs.

5. Prohibited AI Uses

You must not use AI features to produce content prohibited by our Acceptable Use Policy, including illegal, deceptive, harassing, infringing, or sexually explicit material involving real people without consent.

6. Data & Training

We do not use your private prompts, brand inputs, or generated outputs to train public AI models. Where possible we use providers contractually committed not to retain customer data for model training. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

7. Transparency

Content generated through V3RS Hub features is AI-assisted. We recommend you label or disclose AI involvement when publishing, in line with platform requirements (e.g. Meta, TikTok, YouTube AI labelling rules).

8. Changes to AI Models

We may change underlying AI models, providers, or capabilities at any time to improve quality, safety, or cost. Outputs may differ over time as a result.

9. No Warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI features are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, fitness for purpose, originality, or non-infringement. Limitation of liability in our Terms of Service applies to AI features.
