Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds work for V3RS Hub. It applies worldwide to all paid plans (Starter, Pro, and any future tiers).
1. Subscription Plans
- Free: no payment required.
- Starter (£19/month): billed monthly in advance.
- Pro (£39/month): billed monthly in advance.
All payments are processed securely by Stripe and may be presented or charged in supported local currencies (including GBP, USD, EUR, and others) where available. Prices exclude VAT, GST, sales tax, and other local taxes unless stated otherwise; foreign-exchange and bank fees may also apply.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account moves to the Free plan. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of the current billing period.
3. Refunds
All payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable local consumer protection law. We do not offer refunds for:
- Partial billing periods after cancellation.
- Unused features or AI generation credits.
- Account suspension or termination caused by breach of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated outputs (see our AI Usage & Disclosure Policy).
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a goodwill refund or credit in exceptional circumstances (e.g. extended Service outages or duplicate accidental charges).
4. Statutory Cooling-Off Rights
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Economic Area, or another jurisdiction that grants a statutory cooling-off period (typically 14 days), you have the right to withdraw from your subscription within that period without giving a reason. By starting to use the Service immediately on subscription, you expressly request that we begin supply during this period and acknowledge you lose the right to cancel once the Service has been fully performed (i.e. once you have used paid features). Where you cancel during the cooling-off window before using paid features, we will refund the subscription fee in full. This does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
5. Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, we will retry and notify you. If payment cannot be collected, your plan will be downgraded to Free and access to paid features will be paused until payment is restored.
6. Price Changes
We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply at your next renewal; you may cancel before then if you do not accept the new price.
7. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund, email billing@v3rshub.com within 30 days of the charge with your account email and the reason for the request.
