Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "User") and V3RS Hub ("V3RS", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the V3RS Hub website, applications, AI features, and related services (the "Service"). The Service is offered globally to users worldwide. By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher) to use the Service. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account. You must provide accurate, current information and update it as needed. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you in your country of residence and any country where you use the Service.

2. The Service

V3RS Hub provides AI-powered brand-building tools, including monthly content calendars, daily idea generation, 30-day revival plans, AI-generated images and visuals, and brand strategy assistance. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan (Free, Starter, or Pro). We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Pricing

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe.
• Prices are listed in GBP by default and may be presented or charged in supported local currencies (including USD, EUR, GBP, and others) where available. Currency conversion, foreign-exchange fees, and local taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) may apply and are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
• By subscribing, you authorise us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal date until you cancel.
• We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply at your next renewal.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you keep access until then. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited conduct is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Breach may result in suspension or termination without refund.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service produces AI-generated text, images, and recommendations. AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and deciding whether to publish any AI output. Full terms are in our AI Usage & Disclosure Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

• Our IP. The Service, including software, branding, design, and documentation, is owned by V3RS Hub and protected by intellectual property laws.
• Your content. You retain ownership of brand inputs, prompts, and assets you upload ("User Content"). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate the Service.
• AI outputs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, you may use AI outputs you generate for your own commercial and personal purposes. Title to AI outputs is not warranted or transferred — see the AI Policy.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Stripe for payments, hosting and analytics providers, and AI model providers). Their terms and privacy notices apply to your interactions with them through the Service.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will meet your requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, V3RS Hub will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) £100. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of laws principles. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except that consumers may bring claims in the courts of their country of residence where required by mandatory local law. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
